Abstract

Electronic Government (e-Government) is a very popular term lately, generally e-Government can be defined as an effort to aplly government service through computer based on information system. One of Biro Kepegawaian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat effort in supporting e-Government is by executing planning to developing Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG). The purpose of developing SIMPEG is to create official database start from Regency level, Province, and Home Affairs Department that can accommodate, processing, saving, recovery, and distributing officer data which would be as a management supporter to take decision in official sector.
