The action research was conducted to investigate the effect of school feeding With High Iodine Salt and Low Dose IodineCapsule on the increase of Muscle and Nutritional Status of School Girls. 155 school girls in Solo subdistriet (01i(' devided into four groups (control group, school feeding a with high iodine group low dose iodine capsule group). Muscle Strength and Nutritional Status were measured before and after treatment The asscociation between variables was analized by T-test and linier regression. After treatment, the goiter prevalence t' of all school girls decreased 5.85%. Based on MUAC the prevalence of protein-energy malnutrition (PEM) were 59,63% . mild PEM and 22.36% moderate PEM. It was found the possitive correlation of muscle strength between pre and post t tre treatment t "= 0.7 N Three groups Of treatment showed significant difference of muscle strength compared with control group (p = 0.05).
