Abstract

Memory can be defined as the ability power to retain and recall past experiences. It consisted of sensory memory, primary memorv and secondary memory. By paying attention and concentration, some one can get a good result in keeping the information in the .secondary memory. The brain looses many neuron cells in those over SO years of age. And this condition seems to cause physiological decrease of the ability of memory in the elderly. Regular exercise is assessed to be able to prevent the decrease of memorv retention in the elderly.
