The flexibility will be lowered concurrently with age and disappeared instantly during inactivity. Flexibility of women are better than men but it disappears sooner while in rest. The exercise is regarded to be able to improve joint mobility. Tai Chi is a ,slow motion breathing exercise where muscles are streched in a relaxed posture. It is claimed that the work out could improve muscular skeletal system.The aim of this study is to know the difference of flexibility in form of range of motion of wrist and ankle joints and toe-touch test between Tai Chi and Non Tai Chi exercise.A cross sectional design was used by taking 26 women who exercise Tai Chi and another 26 who exercise Non Tai Chi. All women aged 50 and above and are still able to take care of their day to day activities. The result shows that the mean of range of motion of wrist and ankle joints and toe-touch test are much higher in those who exercise Tai Chi compared to the Non Tai Chi exercise (p -- 0.000).
