This research was inspirited from the born of the kids less than 2 years whith sister of brother. Its really takes a lot of risk for the mother and also to the baby. A baby born with BBLR, have somany risks such as konginetal apportness or difference, attack by somany illness, less more attention and loved from the parents, and all of this are have an unterfene with the child grew up development, physically , psikologis and also social. Based on this phenomena then the research one in tenesting to look more elosely and analized ”The relationship between birth distance for the kids with the child grew up defelopment pre- school ages”. This research distination to know the relationship between birth distance for the kids with the cild grew up development pre school ages, this research one held in PUSKESMAS Pagak work area Pagak district, on the pre-school ages.of kind (1-6 years on before enter to the school). The birth distance with them sister and them brother less than 2 years. This research design was done opservasionally. The taking of the sample was done by nonrandom sam pling, whit samling purposively. The number of the responden 32 kinds from 18 family. The data analized was used shi-square methode. From the observation found that there is somany factor that taking part of the grew up development of the kids normal and abnormal, was caused by :1. The parents adecations.2. The number of the kids in a family.3 The economi condition of a family.4. Interaction quality, stimulation and the learn motivation from parents.5. Brith distance.6. Less love and attentios of the kids.The result of the analized data ane known that X 2 hitung count X 2 tabel , from the grew up or the development of kids them the interpretations “ There is relation between the birth distance of kids with the grew up development from kids the pre-schools ages “. To reach the grew up development well the child optimally, then as apparent must be optimalicaly the basic needs of the kids that was loved, take cane, and attentions.
