The growth of knowledge and technology in the world is very fast and full imposible condition come in global healty is very dynamic, demand to make bend and adaption continue (Hamid, 2000). Globalization of demand in clude demand about freedom of nursing for my self, the truthly of source from the fright of the people will loss of people opportunity for give controll health service for self and become the object from growth of technology is not true for self (Hudak and Gallo, 1997). From give information about client right is one of solution to reach people knowledge in health justice for target of health growth optimal fitting with demad of globalization. The meaning of written is lesson client knowledge about client right of roll to consist of right chooice doctor and hospital, right of get medical information, right of push of medical, right of secreet medical, right of break of doctor and patient and right of deputy. In the written use description method with using quesioner as tool to bring together data. Population in the written is patient in IRNA I RSSA Malang. Technical of get sample used quota sampling with sum sample 30 respondens. So the analys of data with description method. The information of written, knowledge client about right client is good (79,78%). The details about this is knowledge client about right client in Ranah Tahu is good (80,41%), knowledge client in Ranah Paham is good (77,40%), so knowledge client in Ranah Aplikasi is good (82,77%).
