Abstract

One of function from management which require to be paid attention to by is human resource problem. Where the resource have to get the most special attention because human resource represent the especial asset every company. For the company control the employee to can to adhere every regulation which have been specified by attachment of to labour capacity of employee mount so that caompany target be reached. Intention of this research is to know the discipline execution work and it is influence to labour capacity employees. Every caompany basically have an affair in problem handling of about the discipline work. That problem is how it is job discipline, how it is labour capacity and how big discipline influence to labour capacity. If employee in working do not adhere the regulation which this have been specified by company, how can target or campany target can be reached. Labour capacity of employees or that individual influence for attainment of company achievement. Research method which writer utylize is descriptive method and verifikatif. Data of caompilation skripsi obtained by doing bibliography study, interview, observation and spreading questioner to analyse the data used by MSI (Method Succesive Interval) and SPSS program. Survey take the sample from population of employee Division of Secretary PT. INTI (Persero) with the amount (n = 51) mistake level 5%. Method used ini measurement of examination of data validity relate at creterion r calculate > r critical hence data processed to be told valid, examination reability by using method spearman brown. Pursuant to statistic test the correlation which writer do, obtained by result form coefficient determination 82,08% inferential so that labour capacity influenced bay discipline work. And test the signification conducted by relate the value t calculate = 14,983 > 2,021 (t table of a= 0,05 at degree of freedom = 49), so that in this research prove that Ho refesud and H1 accepted. Inferential hereinafter that sample taken can deputize about influence from discipline work to labour capacity of employee of Division Secretary PT. INTI (Persero). Later the writer expect the development chronically and discipline consistency work so that employee own the high loyality and perhaps after labour capacity reached by the employee get the appropriate achievement premium also.
