Expert system represent as technique of artificial intelligence, which can applied in so many area and easy to be developed. Expert System acts as a smart consultant or adviser in a certain membership environment. Expert System application program which writer design is expert system for the diagnose of pest and disease at potato corm crop and also the way of overcoming it. With existence of this expert system application program, expected by civilian which do not know something about disease and pest at potato corm crop will become more know about the problem as well as its way to overcome. Scheme of this expert system application program started from scheme of program menu screen appearance, consultancy screen and solution screen and also report form able to be printed. This application program is designed by using Borland Delphi 6.0 which its target to be appearance of designed program more interesting, easy to use and can produce fruit satisfying result.
