Koperasi Pegawai Warga Kencana BKKBN of West Java province located at Jl. Surapati No. 122 Bandung. This cooperation is active in saving and borrowing and completely the effort. In this Final project, analyst studying cash flow system that happened in this cooperation at shares completely the effort. Research method which analyst used at this final project is Descriptif Method. The system development methodologies is methodologies which orienting at data, proses, and output. While system development structure is using waterfall. Accounting system at Koperasi Pegawai Warga Kencana BKKBN of West Java province is simple. All transactions still noted by manual, so that enable many of mistakes in data processing. In this research, analyst propose new system, that is Accounting Information System of Cash Flow by using Ms. Access 2003. This system will be using when the transaction of cash flow is happening by input the data, afterwards direct registered in journal, general ledger until the financial statement. The accounting Information System Design of Cash Flow by applying Ms. Access 2003 is a solution to better system by using software and hardware which can support better also. This design will giving amenity and quicken at data information processing.
