PT PLN (Persero) P3B Jawa-Bali rgion Jawa Barat is perusahaan which active in functioning service for arrangement of buden of java region and Bali, to execute record-keeping activity of purchasing. PT PLN (Persero) P3B Jawa-Bali Region Jawa Barat has applied computer but has not is computerized carefully, so that in record-keeping of transaction and making of its (the financial statement less efficient and effectively. Writer applies research method of action research, survey and data type applied is quantitative data and qualitative data. System development structure applies way of iteration, and data collecting technique applied by writer is field research and library research. In scheme of this sale accounting information system, writer applies context diagram, data current diagram,flowchart, ERD, and report yielded in the form of financial statement of cash flow, and financial statement of balance by using aplikasi bahasa pemograman microsoft visual basic 6.0 and database microsoft SQL Server 7.0. With existence of this Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pengadaan Peralatan can create effective working procedure, especially at part of finance in process of financial statement of company.
