Taxpayer Satisfaction one of them can be seen from the performance of the tax officials and the quality of service to taxpayers. The purpose of this study to determine the magnitude of the influence of fiscal competence and quality of service to taxpayer satisfaction in the Tax Office Pratama Majalaya Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif. Population in this research is all apparatus of tax registered in KPP Pratama Majalaya Bandung, and sample taken is counted 78 people by using technique of saturated sampling. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that the competence of tax authorities affect taxpayer satisfaction, and the quality of service influence on taxpayer satisfaction.
