Human resources represent one very important management function in activity of attainment of company target. Therefore,hve appropriately if the company more paying attention how to apply approach and methods approach wich need application in managing all employees. The role of human resources are very dominan to make efficacy of company. Hence from that, in execunting job activit, the company are influenced by employess job performance. Because if the employess job performance are high, so the company will have a competitive value with other company, so also on the countrary. One of the way of by the company be able to eb gone through in improving the job performance is by executing a discipline program which have been made with seriously.With existence of execution of dicipline, so the employees will work full of feeling responsibility, effective, and efficien, as according to the standar and order in the company. According to the mention above, so the writer conduct a research at national coorperation with the tittle : the Role Of Dicipline in the effort to Increasing Job Performance Employees at Toserba YOGYA KOPO Mas Branch Bandung. Analysis method wich is used in this research is desciptive method of analysis that is a method wich the purpose to describe real situation referring to the problem about the variables wich have researching. And in obtaining required data, the writer propagate the questioner with number of sample that is 52 people The level of discipline at Toserba YOGYA Kopo Mas Branch Bandung according to questioner result are high that 96,15%. And the level of job performance at Toserba YOGYA Kopo Mas Cabang Bandung according to questioner result are high that 82.6%. From examination of statistic, obtained the regression analysis that is Y=3,786 + 0,917X, that every X (dicipline) add to I (one) so Y (job performance) will add to 0,917. Beside from that,obtained the correlation that is =0,508, meaning that between dicipline and job performance have a very strong positive sleveing, obtained koeficien determination 25,86%,wich mean that job performance influence the discipline equal to 25,86%, and the rest equal 74,14% inflenced by other factor.
