This research was conducted at PT. Indofood Sukses Mahnur Tbk The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship Dividend Per Share and Earnings Per Share on PT. Indofood Sulaes Makmur Tbk, how much impact Dividend Per Share and Earnings Per Share on PT. Indofood Sukses Mahnur Tbkprosperous either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a method of causal associative.The population used in this study are semi-annual financial report which comprises the Consolidated Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, as well as information on the stockprice of PTlndofoodSulcses Makrnur in 1994 until 2009. The sample selectionis done by using purposive sampling method with the amount of data processed as many as 14 semesters. The data used are secondary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression to test the classical assumption in advance usingSPS^S 17.0for lTindows. The results of this study indicate that the relationship Dividend Per Share and proportional to (be positive), meaning that if the greater Dividend Per Share, the Earnings Per Share will be higher. Then simultaneously both the Dividend Per Share and Earnings Per Share significant impact on stockprice Indofood Sukses Mahnur Tbk. Also partially Dividend Per Share no significant impact on stock price of Indofood Sulcses Malonur Tbk. While Earnings Per Share significant impact on stockprice of Indofood Sukses Malqnur Tbk.
