Entrepreneurial competency is a fundamental factor of a person who has more skills, which makes it different from the others who has average ability. The purposes of this study are to know the influence of entrepreneurial competencies and market orientation on business performance of SMEs Cibaduyut Shoes Center. Descriptive analysis and verification methods are used as the method in this study. The Population in this study is every manager/owner of the shoes business in SMEs Cibaduyut Shoes Center for four-year period (2007-2011) about to 828 entrepreneurs. However, in order to make the sample size becomes more representatives so that the number of sample size becomes 100 respondents. According to the hypothesis, there search study used statistical matching, while for the analysis used Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The study's findings are simultaneously entrepreneurial competencies and market orientation significantly influences the performance of the shoes entrepreneurs in the SMEs Cibaduyut Shoes Center. Simultaneously entrepreneurial competencies and market orientation influence on business performance. However, between the two independent variables, market orientation gives big influence on business performance than entrepreneurial competence.
