Panti Asuhan Bayi Sehat Muhammadiyah (PABS) is a private institution or organization engaged in social welfare services to children who are poor background, orphaned, and neglected. To improve social welfare services, orphanage Healthy Baby Muhammadiyah social support both moral and material needs and the dissemination of information about the organization orphanage Healthy Baby Muhammadiyah, especially information about the client and reception of assistance. Based on the description above the author try to design information systems aid�¢����s reception from the client's orphanage Baby Healthy Muhammadiyah in Bandung city WEB based. Method development system is used with the Model Spiral tool UML (Unified Modeling Language), while for software to use programming language PHP with the MySQL database. With the development of information systems aid�¢����s reception from the client's orphanage Baby Healthy Muhammadiyah in Bandung city WEB based, can help organize socialize orphanage Baby Healthy Muhammadiyah.
