Business competition is getting tougher, forcing every business company to continue to compete and also survive by choosing the right strategy that will be run by the company. For this reason, a business company must be able to choose the right strategy for the company. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of strategic alliances, business locations and entrepreneurial competencies on business success. A method of the withdrawal of unsupported sample that is used is identification the sampling method of saturated consisting of 60 respondents in the present study .The method of analysis on was used in the study descriptive analysis and verifikatif consisting from an analysis of the linear regression of multiple , correlation analysis at the product moment , of the coefficient of determination and then to the road a hypothesis that is used to measure the magnitude of the influence of the strategic alliance , in location of economic activities and competencies must be entrepreneurs to successful business. The results of the study conclude that strategic alliances, business locations and entrepreneurial competencies can be partially increased compared to simultaneous business success. Overall the strategic alliance is in a pretty good category, the business location is in a pretty good category, entrepreneurial competence in the unfavorable category and business success is in a pretty good category. The results of the study also concluded that strategic alliances have more influence on business success than business locations and entrepreneurial competencies on the success of the business in Sentra Tahu Cibuntu Bandung.
