Abstract

The sophistication of IT devices today, has defeated national borders. Graduates from Japanese Indonesian literature, can move practically towards Japan to work in the country. The alumni are looking for work in Japan by accessing the internet. They try Japanese language skills, with a capital certificate of Japanese language skills, or with Japanese communication skills that have been mastered. Some jobs are obtained through job seekers who are currently entering Indonesia, and several other Asian countries. There are also those who get jobs by applying themselves, or are introduced by acquaintances in Japan. In this field strudy research, I would like to find out whether actually teaching Japanese during their study really helped them to get a job in Japan. In addition, the writer also wants to explore more abour the shortcomings and advantages of what is found in teaching in the classroom. The research this time uses a questionnaire method distributed to 20 graduates of Japanese literature who work in Japan from universities in Indonesia. Questionnaire is considered valid if all questions listed in it are answered. The result of questionnaire are directly calculated and entered into graph, so that the percentage will be immediately seen clearly.
