This paper is motivated by the revolution and the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which indirectly also accelerate the onset of globalization. At the regional scale, at the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) in the framework of the ASEAN Community 2015, has established the e-ASEAN Framework Agreement in order to exploit the opportunities created by the revolution and the development of ICT. Indonesia, as the ASEAN countries, directly or indirectly, of course, will get the effect of the e-ASEAN Framework Agreement which was approved on 24 November 2000. Bandung as one of the Indonesian city of education in ICT-based course plays an important role in meeting this challenge. This paper aims to look, learn, explain and analyze the prospects for the Bandung as the ICT hub in the ASEAN Community 2015. So as to encourage Bandung as the Center of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in facing ASEAN Community 2015.
