The Problems that occurred in Telecommunication Company in Indonesia is the more fierce competition faced by many companies to play in the sector. Facing competition that strict, then each company needed a fund in running all activities. The Fund that is used this is what is called working capital. In defining number of working capital, the company will be brought before the problem of exchanges between factors liquidity and profitability. The aim of the research is to know: Nowadays, working capital liquidity and profitability, the relationship between working capital with liquidity and influence working capital and liquidity to profitability simultaneously and partial. Research method is used in a holistic approach method descriptive terms of quantity. Analysis methods will be done with technical path analysis, correlation, and the drag coefficient determination. Hypothesis using tests t and trial F, significant level 5 percent. The analysis result statistics conclusion is a level relationship with working capital liquidity is strong enough, in the direction and significantly.Working capital and liquidity simultaneously significantly affect to profitability. Any partial solution only liquidity significantly affect to profitability and working capital did not significantly affect to profitability.
