In the last 4 years Indonesia Computer University (UNIKOM) Bandung has been using New Students Admission (NSA) Online software, where the new students do registration via internet. It is aim to make the students easier in registration because there are many students come from the other cities, out of Java even abroad. By The NSA online candidate simply filling online registration form that can be done anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet. The methods used in this research is descriptive and verificative by quantitative approach. The population in this research is the entire student of UNIKOM that use NSA Online when they entered UNIKOM, it is about 2.998 students. The Sample in this study amounted to 270 students from the population using stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used Path Analysis, with SPSS 10.0 program For Windows. The research concludes that the implementation of NSA Software Online Students has significant effect on students value, while students value has significant effect on the decision to be UNIKOM students, NSA Software Online become a significant effect on decision to be UNIKOM student either directly or through the student value.
