PT Dirgantara Indonesia in providing products with due to the quality was still found were many irregularities or defects in the products during the production process. Lean Six Sigma is the operational concept, it is a combination of Lean and Six Sigma, the focus of Lean is more associated to wastage and speed, while the focus of Six Sigma is a defect and quality improvement, in other words Lean Six Sigma is focuses on improving a process. Based on the results of research, its obtained that have the most defective products and the lowest sigma level is Riblet product. There are 5 types of defects that occur in the Riblet product are types of defects Thinned, Undercut, Undersize, Scratched and Damaged. From the 5 types of defects, are the most dominant defect type is the type of defect Thinned. On the causal diagram can be seen the causes of defects in the product, in the causal diagram for each type of disability, the most frequent cause is due to the factor on the machine used and operators who do not understand to the machinery used.
