Food Sustainability office at Jl Raya Padalarang 645 West Bandung regency. At the time of recording of operating expenditure and maintenance of public facilities and infrastructure that the activities of his or her activity is not routinely available so drafting and recording are not administered well. To these problems, the authors take the title "Accounting Information System Design and Operational Expenditure maintenance Public Infrastructures On Food Security Office, West Bandung regency Using Visual Basic 2008 and My SQL Server". This type of research is academic research, the type of data is the qualitative data, the type of design descriptive research, surveys, primary secondary and data, survey research methods, data collection techniques is a field research (field research) which consists of interviews (library research), system development method is a process-oriented methodology, the data and output. The structure of the development of the system is Waterfall. Information system is context diagram, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts. The Author makes the design of accounting information systems operations and maintenance spending public facilities and infrastructure, is expected to operational expenditure and maintenance of public facilities and infrastructure could administration or computerized accordance with government accounting standards.
