Abstract
This is a paper analysis, so it needs to analyze the distributed Call Center system. Studying and analyzing is the basic of Soft Switch in technology. We made this paper support for the process of SIP protocol especially on call control function, Call Center system. Call Center needs to be met with lower operating and agent of distribution deployments based on Traditional PTSN. Solved the many pains point of the enterprise is Soft Switch based on Call Center with the development of NGN technology. The Call Center system is having a platform architecture and it is based on a gave from VoIP. The soft switch system’s key equipment is SIP protocol, for the call control function.
