Abstract
The purpose of this study was written to determine, analyze, and observe the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Subang Regency Regional Secretariat through the Employee Performance and Remuneration Information System (Sijawara). This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in which the data for this study were collected by means of observation, interviews, and recording using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were determined using a purposive technique, namely the Head of the Regional Secretariat of Subang Regency, Head of the General Section of the Subang Regency Regional Secretariat, the Head of the Sub-Division of Performance and Bureaucratic Reform of the Subang Regency Regional Secretariat, as well as the people who researchers met at the research location. The results of this study after the implementation of the Sijawara application, the results of employee performance increased due to the daily performance report on the Sijawara application which was directly connected to the Additional Employee Income. Work behavior in general has been very good except in terms of the accuracy carried out by ASN is lacking and not as expected. The nature of the work of ASN is very good seen from the level of leadership, honesty, and creativity of the ASN itself.
