Abstract
Article clearly describes the utilization of internet as a facility to support distributed learning. The description starts with a presentation of distributed learning, its method, asynchronous collaborative learning, synchronous collaborative learning, self-paced learning, information technology aspects, the roles of internet on the above systems, the advantages and disadvantages of learning supported by internet. Conclusions indicate that internet makes education easy and effective.
