Raport adalah hasil akhir kegiatan siswa selama proses pembelajaranmengajar disekolah. Dari hasil raport siswa dapat mengetahui sejauh mana prestasi siswa yang ditempuh selama kegiatan belajar mengajar disekolah. Akan tetapi dalam proses pelaporan nilai siswa yang dilakukan guru kepada wali kelas masih dilakukan secara manual, hal ini dapat memakan waktu. Untuk mempermudah dalam proses pengerjaannya maka penulis akan membuat penilaian siswa ini secara terkomputerisasi agar dalam pengerjaannya efisien dan efektif. Adapun Metode yang digunakan dalam Sistem Informasi Penilaian Raport Siswa ini adalam Metode SDLC ( System Development Lifecycle ) dimana dalam pembuatan program ini dapat berarti menyusun suatu sistem yang baru untuk menggantikan sistem yang lama secara keseluruhan atau memperbaiki sistem yang telah ada. Alat Bantu dalam perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah dengan Bagan alir dokumen ( Flow Map ), Diagram Konteks, Diagram alir data ( Data Flow Diagram ). Kamus data ( Data Dictionary ), ERD ( Entity Relational Diagram ) dan Normalisasi. Serta bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah Borland Delphi 7.0 dan Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi ini maka dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahn dalam pelaporan nilai siswa akan terasa lebih cepat bila dibandingkan dengan cara menual seperti yang sedang berjalan di SMAK BPPK Bandung. The raport is the finish of value from the student when of progress study in the school. From the value finish the student can know so far away they study when there are studied in the school. But when the progress to report of the teacher to guardian teacher just do still be conducted in manual and this it the time. As fr to the easy do progress this work so the writer will to make the value system with cmputerising for hope when the doing will be efisien and efectif. The methodologies that use in the Information System of Value Raport is a Methode SDLC (system Development Lifecycle) ) where it is making programme can be arrange a new system for replacing old system as a whole or repair system what there have. As for assistive appliance in system design that used are Flow Map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, Entity Relational Diagram and Normalization, and then with programme language to us is Borland Delphi 7.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. With the existence of this information System can help to solving problem in to report from evaluation of student can more faster than manual method like follows at SMAK BPPK Bandung.
