People always trying to create a system which can handling the trouble of the system faced. Inovation in the world of telecomunication technology are never stop to create the system which had a high mobile, flexibelity service, uncomplicated and satisfied. The tools which controlled with this technology are relay, lamps, motorcycle, sencor etc. This research is exploiting the teleoperation technology to activate and shut down the equipments of household electronic which use tension of 220 V and exploiting by Short Message Service (SMS) for the media. This system is using the manual control and automatic control, so that user can control the electronic equipments manualy (without sending the SMS) and determining which electornic equuipments are on/of autmatically (schedulling). This system is also using to sending the SMS, so that user can send the SMS to destiny number. This system detection development is controlling the object and also the parameter, the error handling and system bases development are still used. This research using Visual Basic 6.0 as user interface.
