Abstract

Statistical Body Center (BPS) Bandung represent body giving informations about statistic, covering statistic resident of production statistic, statistical of distribution, and regional balance. System decision of increase of officer salary and rank conducted by BPS still have the character of manual, by counting since when counted as officer in BPS and have to input of again officer data, though have been noted previously at the time of first become officer in BPS. the System Manual result efesien’t and effective in process proposing of increase of periodic salary and rank Supporter of decision of increase of periodic salary and rank having the character of automatically very required by BPS, with the decision making expected can minimize the happening of delay of process increase of periodic salary and rank. Research method which is used in writing is descriptive sighting method. As for data collecting technique is observation, interview, and book study while system development phase use system of waterfall. At analysis phase conducted by depiction of system procedure which is walking so that the system can evaluate by insuffiency and his excess for the making of new system. Stream data method the used is structure method which consist of Data of Flow Diagram ( DFD) in depicting functional model Pursuant to supporter of decision of increase of periodic salary and rank having the character of automatically so that can petrify in process proposing of increase of periodic salary and rank Result of from supporter for the proffering of to increase of periodic salary and rank having the character of automatically very is supporting of amenity to officer in proposing of increase of periodic salary and rank compared to proposing system having the character of manual.
