This computerize era technological ability expand very quickly every institution or company claimed to own the reliable human resource and can keep abreast of the era. Therefore passim to the work, absolute have to be provided a appliance which can quicken the work, like computer and have to leave the way of manual which can slow down the job and sometimes drag on. such as those which happened in SMU Negeri 3 Cimahi, way of student registration to enlist still use the way of manual or not yet computerized causing is often happened the confusion and losing time of in report presentation of registration , student data and payment of expense of registarsi registration fee and education contribution fund. Method of data collecting of compiler the bibliography study, observation and interview. And also its system development method use the method prototyping which is its theory that is develop the system which there have. To overcome the above the mentioned hence require to be made by system application by using Ianguage of pemrograman Delphi 6.0. As a mean to repair the happening of mistake in operation of student registration also can quicken in report presentation.
