Each that good institution of big institution, ad for and or small institution require good data processing, so that performance an institution in the case of service can be improved. good data processing at one particular institution generate image the goodness at institution, besides good data processing can lessen operating expenses and facilitate in workmanship an duty. To improve performance in the case of the service of SMUN I Kotabumi, wishful alter data-processing pattern of acceptance of previous new student still done/conducted by manual have to be altered computerized, difficulty which during happened in SMUN I Kotabumi is in the case of new student data, registration process, process the division of class, and also process gift/giving of report and evidence to headmaster and student. In this report of existing problems will limit without studying student move. To isn't it process acceptance of new student, writer use method of prototype as for done/conducted step by analysis, information system implementation and desained acceptance of new student at SMUN I. For phase analyse and scheme isn't it by using data flow diagram (DFD) and of Entity Relationship (ERD). Phase Implementation use software assist Borland Delphi 6, and MySQL 4.0.13 and also MySQL-Front version 3.2. Existence Of Information System Acceptance of New Student in this time very need to be reached by him of is target of services of SMUN I to be able to improve service at process acceptance of new student which done/conducted automatically besides, aim to to lessen mistake storey;level in workmanship of him.
