Based on analysis result which has been done in Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Siliwangi Bandung that the service system still having the character of manual because of has not existence of information system supporting the service process and still there are some weakness between of efficiency problem, accuracy and speed in data processing and forwarding of information. This thing would hardly having an effect on to continuity and fluency of administration process of student. In this system development utilizes method SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Metode has some first phase that is doing survey by studying and systems analysis is being run, determines request of information system consumer, and chooses best solution or trouble-shooting, determines hardware and software computer, designs and builds new information system, then does keeping and repair to increase new information system if required. While in scheme of system done consisted of process design by using Document Flow Chart, System Flow Chart, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Data dictionary, scheme of data base by using Entity Relational Diagram (ERD), Normalization, Relationship Tables and Struktur File, and program planning covering Scheme Input and Output, Encoding, Program Structure and Requirement of System. With applying of system application of information of administration of student having the character of Client-Server, by using programming language Borland Delphi and this My-SQL database, hence will water down and quickens registration data processing process of new student, payment of expense of lecturing every semester and registration is student. And usage of data in together (data share) can be implementation.
