Abstract

Reach of its target Balai Besar Diklat Agribisnis Hortikultura ( BBDAH ) Kayuambon – Lembang, needingreliable and skillful employee’s. Therefore company need to maintain and also lok after the employees, among others with giving of motivation to employees, where motivating its employee’s of Balai Besar Diklat Agribisnis Hortikultura ( BBDAH ) Kayuambon – Lembang: recompation, promotion, giving opportunity to go forward and election of employee’s have achievement. The aims of research are to find out of motivation with the employee’s performance of Balai Besar Diklat Agribisnis Hortikultura ( BBDAH ) Kayuambon – Lembang. And disclosure influence motivation of employee’s performance at Balai Besar Diklat Agribisnis Hortikultura ( BBDAH ) Kayuambon – Lembang. And disclosure influence motivation of employee’s performance at Balai Besar Diklat Agribisnis Hortikultura ( BBDAH ) Kayuambon – Lembang. The research methods used by the outher are descriptive analysis and verification analysis, with data collecting technique used a fied and literature studies sample used 60 respondent with the random sampling. The analyis method used : First, the correlation analysis of Rank Spearman, to find of connection tightening between X variable ( motivation ) and Y variable ( employees performance ) yield r = 0,917, which it mean that there is a significant relation between X and Y variables. Second, the determination coefficient is to find how high the effect of X against Y variables with the result Kd= 84%, while 16% influence other factor not research. While the is to find whether connection between X and Y variables. By the t test, yield t account of 17,42 and t table about 1,617, which itmean that t account of 17,42 > t table about 1,617. Thus, H1 is accepted or there us a significant influence between motivation and employee’s performance. The motivation and employee’s performance at Balai Besar Diklat Agribisnis Hortikultura ( BBDAH ) Kayuambon – Lembang is very high, However, both of them can increase of success the employee’s.
