Abstract

On any time, wholly staff would faced on with any types kind problem and difficulties. All of us might be meet with any difficulties, problems and emotional tired types kind. Some of these difficulties, problem and emotional tired type kind.some of these difficulties got emerges outside the workplace. For instance, on many cases, its would gave an affects upon the working achievement, although, the management has have to pay attention on it. It is, both in directly or indirectly as one factor that gave on affect upon the lessen and or highly staff working achievement, in which its thesefore, would gave an impact to the company up growing. Indeed, in order to more and more improve the staff working achievement in attempt to fulfil out the managerial hopeful, this working achievement, must be in particularly attention by the management. On the medium level, working place situation pressure would improve on to achievement. But on the highly and or lower level its would lessen upon the achievement. While the working place situation pressure on the very low level, also an achievement on the very low level too. For instance, its happen because any person doesn’t meet any problems and difficulties that must to the challenges, although this person wouldn’t try any effort on to challengers its. Furthermore, when this people has have to meet with the higher working place situation pressure, in which it is meant, that these person would meet much more higher request upon his/her attempt to more higher achievement to the highest achievement point out, when he/she still might to fulfil out on it. But when the working place situation pressure more increase exceeded, where it is uncontrolled would lower upon this achievement. An objective from this research are for understand about : (1) the working place pressure level upon the staff at the PT. Karisma Dutawasera in Bandung. (2) The staff achievement at the PT. Karisma Dutawasera in Bandung. (3) An affect from the staff working place pressure upon the staff achievement at the PT. Karisma Dutawasera in Bandung. The researchment method that has been taken by the are the descriptive and verficatively method. While the data collection on this thesis preparation are with the literature, interview, observation and questionnaire spread out method. In which for data analyzes taken with the 14-SPSS for Windows. Where as the sampling are as 40 person (n = 40) from the a numbers staff at the PT. Karisma Dutawasera, has taken as the respondent, with an erroneous degree as 10 percent. An used method are the critical, then the data processes migh be accepted as valid, where as the reliability tested taken with the Sperman Brown Method. With depend upon the researchment resulted, might be seemed working place and achievement classified, might to categorized on the the quietly good level (Scored). And upon the statistical correlation tested has taken by the writer, its correlation quotient are on 0.660 that meant its on the very significant correlation. There fore might be conclude, that the working place pressure would gave an affect upon achievement. Furthermore, accorded with an above measure thourough the determination quotient also could found that, the working place pressure upon the staff achievement are on 43.56 % while the rested as 56.44 % get an affects by other factors, likely motivation working satisfaction and the correlation from others alse variables on 40-70 persen interval, in which its meant on the medium level afffection. While the significance tested has taken with set out the t=7.20856 >1.6839, where as ( a= 0.10), on the freedom degree as 38 (dk=38). Indeed from this research might to prove out that H0 are on the rejection, and H1 would accepted. Furthermore, could be concluded that the samples are the representation from the working place pressure upon the staff achievement at the PT. Karisma Dutawasera in Bandung. Thus, from this researchment resulted, the directive suggestion that would passing out to the company management, in order to more and more attention upon the working place pressure to the the staff because this working pressure gave on the significant upon the higher and or lower achivement by staff at the PT.
