Abstract

The purpose of this research are to identify costumers’ perception toward product quality differentiation strategy which implemented by a digital printing company, TradeScape Empire, to identify costumers’ loyalty toward digital printing products offered by TradeScape Empire, to identify the effect of product quality differentiation strategy implementation on costumer loyalty of TradeScape Empire digital printing company. Survey research method used in this research because this is the appropriate method for large and small population; yet the data derived from that population, thus relative and distributive events and relationship among variables could be identified along with sociological and psychological findings. Data used in this research collected by library research, interview, and questionnaire. SPSS 15 for Windows application used to analyze the statistical data. Validity determined by if result > critical (> 0,300) then the data is valid, while reliability tested by Spearman Brown method. Survey conducted to the 86 costumers of TradeScape Empire with 10% standard deviation. The coefficient resulted from correlation analysis is 0.872 and it can be interpreted that the relationship of the two variables is strong, aligned and significant. Significance analysis conducted based on the result = 17,17 > 2,0003, (table a = 0,05), with the degree of freedom (dk n-2). In this research, H0 rejected and H1 accepted, this means that there is a significant direct impact between Quality Product Differentiation Strategy on Costumer Loyalty of CV. TradeScape Empire in Bandung.
