Abstract

BTPN branch Majalaya as one of the financial institution in Indonesia, can serve the need and fluency mecanism for economy sector, one of the duty is receiving money from public in the form of saving and deposit. The objective is increasing bank financial resource so that bank operational activity can do well. Deposit as one of the bank financial resource is the third party saving which the taking money can only done at certain period appropriate with date agreement between saver and bank. In this opportunity author has done research in BTPN limited corporation branch Majalaya. The author objective done this research is to know how far timely deposit role increasing financial resource. The research method used is descriptive and verifikative method. Descriptive method is one of money collecting that has an objective viewing a problem where data collected then analyzed the truth. While verifikative method that is a research which have an objective testing X variable (deposit) influence to Y variable (financial resource) that has been research, appropriate with research objective that has going to reach. The research result shown that gathering deposit has increased from year to year and give high contribution to financial resource. The biggest increase has been occured in the year 2006 that is amount of Rp. 692.500.000, in year 2005 amount of 21.500.000 while in year 2004 amount of 178.500.000 and in year 2003 amount of 106.000.000. More timely deposit number has been collected, so the third party financial resource will also increase. In that matter, clearly that timely deposit has role increasing third party financial resource. With existence of increasing deposit number has shown that public trust growth, so BTPN limited corporation branch Majalaya must increase customer satisfaction service.
