Abstract

Sit leadership style is behavior shown by a leader in order in lead and influence other people (subordinate) as a individual and as a group. Job statisfaction is a emotion situational whether it is statisfied or unstatisfied of personel to a task which indicated by salaries, workingenvironment, promotion opportunity, stock holders and colleages. The regearch aim to acknowledge/analyzed : (1) situasional leadership style at PT Multi Unggul Sinergi (2) job statisfaction at PT Multi Unggul Sinergi (3) the infivences situasional leadership style to job statisfaction at PT Multi Unggul Sinergi. The research formed/developet by using explanatory reseach and survey method. This research olso using descriptive verifikatif methods. 56 personel/employee are treated as asample of this reseach which using a simple random sampling. Questioners, observation and interview are conducted in collecting data. EXCEL and SPPS 14 for windows had been performed processing data. The result of this reseach represent/shown that there are 52,38 %. Job statis faction influed by a situasional leadership style and 47,52 % influenced by another factors which not analyzed. Hypothesis test conduded ho has been rejected and we accepted H1 I’ts mean that situasional leadership style had a significant influenced to job situasional.
