Abstract

Account receivable emerge caused by sales transaction of credit from company to customer. Account receivable is any of source of cash inflow which have the character of continue, which the activity residing in operation activity, because account receivable is any of activity from operation activity. This research intends to study the condition of account receivable also condition of cash flow and account receivable influence to cash flow at PT. Trio Daya Makmur-Majenang. Method which is used in this research is quantitative method, for example by using regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Data is taken starting from Year 2002 up to Year 2006. Result of which is obtained from result of regression analysis, determination coefficient and hypothesis test obtained that account receivable has very strong or high and positive influence. This means account receivable has an effect on significant to cash flow at PT. Trio Daya Makmur Majenang. To PT. Trio Daya Makmur Majenang should have manage the account receivable better. Because passing recovery of receivable, company can use its fund for reinvested and it can use to pay company debt. Management of efficient receivable can give advantage of financial for company. Key Words : Account Receivable and Cash Flow.
