Abstract

Performance Appraisal is way who enterprise use to evaluate employee performance. Performance appraisal have purpose either one is increase Work Motivation, so the enterprise get the destination. This research is to know employee Panghegar Hotel comments about performance appraisal, work motivation, and The Influence of Performance Appraisal to Work Motivation. Methods applied in this research is descriptive and verificative with independent variable (X) is Performance Appraisal and dependent variable (Y) is Work Motivation. Collecting data technic by using questionarie, interview, observation, and book study. Analysis unit in this research is employee Panghegar Hotel. Minimum sample is 75 employee is get from systematic sampling random technic. Amalysis data test use rank Spearman correlation with program SPSS 12. Result of this research show that Performance Appraisal include high category; Work Motivation include enough category; furthermore performance appraisal its influence Work Motivation at 19,5% while 80,5% its influenced by another factors such as compentation give, placement, leadership and others.
