Abstract

This research toward to know and describe “ How to is role Public Relations PT. Telkom in promotion selling point installations is newly phone in region Bandung “. To answer the problem to the hence researcher analyse and suggest the from, message, media, resistance as indicator to start the researcher in replying the research. The method used in research is methode descriptive. The is technique media collecting of writer do is interviewing and book study. And the sampling technique use is purposive sampling. The research result consisting of the activity form to do by Public Relations PT. Telkom is desained and advertisement and also go down directly of leisure in the activity. The message submitted in the form of persuasive and informative. Media the used is media prnt and electronic. Conclusion of this research is that Public Relations PT. Telkom Kandatel Bandung enough play important role in this promotion Selling Point. Suggestions for Public Relations PT. Telkom that can more active and more share again in promotion Selling Point hereinafter, because activity Selling Point is including activity exernal company where company image will be formed successfully or not.
