Abstract

The purpose of this research is to inspect “The Role of Public Relations Of Auto Radio 88.9FM Bandung To Motivations The Employee.” To be able to answer the main purpose of it, writer analyzed the activities, medias, messages and role of PR Auto Radio to motivations the employee. The method used in this research was a descriptive. Data was collected by interviewed and literature study. The result of the research showed that the activities of PR Auto Radio to motivations the employee is with distributing Memorandum among the employee, and also motivated by other medias such as Radio or telephone. And the other of activity is Out Bound or recreations among the employee, and also to present the awards for the achievement employee and schoolarship for families employee. All the activities has been done to motivated the employee in order that they can do the job with full spirit. And the point of messages is the employee must to have high credibillity to the company. As the conclusion and suggestion of the research is, hope the Public Relations Of Auto Radio 88.9FM Bandung should have to rise the credibillity the employee and more often to organize routine or inssidentals activities, so that the employee can be more motivated in getting more success in the future.
