Radio is one of electronic media that can help society to get a widely acquisition of information. Beside that, it has power to influence mass or public. Its power makes radio has a term of ‘the fifth estate’ which means the fifth value in the effective information technology. In globalization era, the advance of mass electronic communication media such as radio has an important role to help the society to open their perspectives. Because of that, radio station is demanded to have human resource with wide perspective, creative, and honest characteristics in order that the process of news delivery could be done properly, correctly and accurately.
