Abstract

The aims of this research is to know employee habits of Non Educative Employee of Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Data collected by Questionaire and observation to 21 respondent. Data had colledted analized by factor analysis dan Cluster Anaysis. By using cluster analysis there are two group emloyee, that have similar characteristics. The first group are emmploye that have talent in relegional activity. They hope critic from other person and they want regulated work enviromental. The aother gorup are not.By the result we can recommending, to go to The riil University not only developing educative employee but, should be non educative employee too. The employee hope not manetery salary onle, but they hope non monetery salary too. So by this condition manager of Muhammadiyah University of Malang should be pay attention.
