This report entitled The Role of Analyzing Punctuation Usage in Identifying Ideas of International Relationship Division�¢����s Letters - Indonesia Postal Co. Ltd explains the general description of the job training activities which I have done, including problems and their solutions. The job training activities themselves were performed at the International Relationship Division �¢���� Indonesia Postal Co. Ltd. My activities in this institution were translating some letters written in English into Indonesia. The letters that I had to translate were given by the manager of International Relationship Division. Relating to the process of translation, there were some problems in understanding the structures involving punctuation usage. To describe them comprehensively, the analytic descriptive method was applied. In this report, the readers will find out the usage of punctuation to find out the ideas of letters especially at The International Relationship Division - Indonesia Postal Co. Ltd.
