Effect of Transactional Leadership Style And Organizational Communication Employee Performance Against Efectifiviti PT. Chakra Mandiri. The phenomenon that occurs is a leader not improve employee performance because there is a sense of mistrust, and seen the lack of communication between superiors and subordinates. The purpose of the study to determine the transactional leadership style, organizational communication and employee performance, to determine transactional leadership styles on employee performance, to determine the effect of organizational communication on the performance of employees, to determine the effect of transactional leadership styles on organizational communication and to determine the influence of transactional leadership style and efektifivitas organizational communication to employee performance at PT Patisa Chakra Mandiri. The method used is descriptive and verification methods of research that explains or gives exposure to the studied variables and variable dependence on sub variabelnya.analisis used are regression analysis, techniques of data collection through literature study and a questionnaire with the help of SPSS 19. The results showed that the performance at PT. Patisa chakra mandiri influenced by transactional leadership styles and organizational communication.
