Abstract
Choristoma is a tumor-like mass of normal tissue in an "abnormal location". A case of choristoma found in the ileum is presented in detail. A 28 year male with perforated ileum has been hospitalized. Pathological examination revealed a lesion composed of stratified squamous epithelial cells, sweat gland and sebaceous gland within the ileum. Up to date this is the first case in the world literature of cutaneous choristoma of the ileum.
