It has been broadly known that particular plants can be used to treat a variety of diseaces including malignant tumors. One of the plant is benalu duku (loranthaceae dendrophatoe sp.). The purpose of this study is to know the effect of benalu duku infusion to the myeloma induced rat.A post test only control group design was used where 30 rats (Rating species of wistar strain) were taken as sample. The rats were divided into 6 groups of 5 each. Benalu duke infusion used are those of 10Y6, 20%, 30% and 40% concentration. Myeloma cells of Balblc strain were injected to the treated groups. Dependent variables of this work are the existence of myeloma cells in blood flow, physical activities, hair quality, Hb and body weight of the rat.
