Abstract

The research’s aims was to know effect of cultur of microbe that was found from the last research on several organic matter aerobic decomposition and to know effect of that on potato growth. The research was done in Agriculture Laboratory and field research of Center of Biotechnology. Two steps in this research. First step is organic matter decomposition. Second step is test of that result on tomato. Factorial Randomized Block Design with two factors was used in the second step. First Factor is Type of organic matter with four levels: Paddy straw, excreta, bagasse, and domestic waste. Second factor is microbe concentration with four levels: 0,2,4 and 6 cc per litre of water. The result of this research are the decomposition finish in sixth observe or 18 days after inoculation except on organic matter without microbe. The higest yield is on domestic waste with 0cc and 4 cc per litre of water.
