Abstract
Arsip Kuliah Online 2012 Describe electronic commerce, its scope, benefits, limitations, and types. Understand auctions and bartering. Describe the major applications of business-to-consumer commerce, including service industries, and major issues faced by e-tailers. Describe business-to-business applications. Describe emerging EC applications such as intrabusiness and B2E commerce . Relate functional areas and business processes to the value chain model Identify functional management information systems. Describe the transaction processing system and demonstrate how it is supported by IT. Describe the support provided by IT and the Web to production/operations management, including logistics.
