Existence of crisis of economic at the moment have to get by all corporate world especially pharmacy corporate world, where the mentioned caused emulation to get consumer. One way of its is]by giving service which with quality to get consumer and giving them satisfaction Apotek Arima Bandung is place where the writer conduct research and writer wish to know how big influence of quality of service given by Apotek Arima to satisfaction of consumer Elements in quality of service the checked are Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance.
