This study Was aimed to describe the efforts made by the Japanese Departement in improving the quality of graduates through interviews with the head of Japanese Departement of Univeristas Komputer Indonesia and documention studies. In the Research Findings it was explained that the average time needed by graduates to get the first job was 1.25 months, 70% of graduates worked in accordance with the field they had studies, 60% of users stated that graduate performance was very good. In Addition, users also expect that the English language skills of graduates are further enchaced. Therefore, Pajanese Departement Should always make efforts to increase the hard skills of graduates to be able to compete in the global market.
